It is not an antique. I seem to remember a gentleman in NC was making and selling them about 25 years ago.

I assuming ur talking about Morris Lawing?But can't find out what he sold these for and what it's value would be now.As all ICould find was he was big into paper money trading before he passed away in 2008.If this is the same guy..

They sold for $20.00 new at the time.
