can i id a new blackhawk from an old model by the 3 screws verses the pins?

  New Model Blackhawks have 2 pins and say New Model Blackhawk on them.

  Basically the old models are 3 screws and the New models are 2 screws. On old models you have to pull the hammer back 2 clicks to rotate the cylinder for loading/unloading, and new models you open the loading gate to turn the cylinder.
