Surplus 7.62 ammo ID

Looking at some ammo for the 60, and wondrerd where this was made. Headstamp has the standard 7.62x51 and "OFN". I'll treat it as corrosive, but I was curious as to the mfg. country,

  OFN = Ordnance Factory Nigeria - Lagos Nigeria.

  Wow; I had no idea, thought it might have boon South American.

  Yes, its safe. I have shot a bunch of it, but I would clean as though it's corrosive.
