I need to know the DOM of a TEC-9 with serial number ending in 038 or a place where I can find it out. Thanks

  anyone? I tried the INTRATEC site and apparantly they are out of business, phone number does not work. I cannot seem to find out the DOM anywhere

  that gun has been out of production since the late 90's company folded in 2000

  thanks, just found a warranty card that the gun was purchased in 1989, well before the 1994 Assault Weapons BAN in New York, so I guess it is good to sell
