Help Please!

I bought a new in box Marlin 1894C 357/38 lever gun this morning...went home and loaded 4 rounds of 38 Spl thru the gate into the tube...cycled the first and ejected it...then the lever stuck fully open and won't budge a bit...I can see the last bullet's rim in the tube but the action is jammed tight.
Now What????

  Hey guys need to sell two guns not sure what to ask.
  
  One is a 12 ga. Charles-Daly Field automatic and other is a Rifle 30-06 Bolt action Model 1500 with a Simmons scope Whitetail Classic 6.5-20x50 WTC 18

  C.D.=$200/300
  1500= HOWA/S&W/WEATHERBY VANGUARD= $300 RIFLE, $100 SCOPE

  I would say $175.00-225 for the Charles Daly, depending on how it is dressed, and in what condition it is, and $300.00 for the rifle and scope. The scope is not that great, and does not add much, if any value to the rifle.
