Have one in 30-30 Serial L 141.. Any ideas fellas ?

  Try this site, http://oldguns.net/sn_php/marlinlookup.php also verify the number of digits in the serial number. If the serial number only has 5 digits excluding the "L", I couldn't come up with a valid date.

  L serial numbers were 1935. This is from a posting on Marlin Collectors dated 2009. Model 93: 1921 or 22 to 1935.
  30-30, 32-40, 32HPS, 38-55
  Early serial numbers are located under the receiver just behind the forearm. Later numbers are on the lower tang under the lever. Serial numbers have A, C,C suffix, and L. L prefix Model 93 serial numbers were 1935 production

  According to Brophy's book the Marlin "L" serial numbered 336, 39A & 39M lever action rifles were made in 1954.
  
  Letters:
  
  E = 1948 (The start of model 336)
  F = 1949
  G = 1950
  H = 1951
  J = 1952
  K = 1953
  L = 1954
  M = 1955
  N = 1956
  P = 1957
  R = 1957 - 1958
  S = 1958 - 1959
  T = 1960
  U = 1960 (August - 1961)
  V = 1961 (August - 1962
  W = 1963
  Y & Z = 1964
  AA = 1965
  AB = 1966
  AC = 1967
  AD = 1968
  
  Letters R & S 1957 - 1959)are confusing.
