Help identify a AR15 .22 conversion magazine

These magazines go inside a standard AR15 magazine like a bullet would be loaded. Any idea who makes these or what they fit?

  USGI contract fits inside the 20 round magazine for use with the USGI M261 22 cal bolt conversion will not work with the current 22 cal bolt conversions
