C&R Eligible?

Is a pre-war FN 1922 model C&R eligible? I think so, but the old lisyt on the ATF site that I use to be able to find, is not longer there.

I also tried to call there 1800 & 1888 numbers, but they must not be open on the weekend.

  Is a 1950 Remington 721 C&R eligible?

  ANYTHING fifty years old or older is automatically C&R eligible....it doesn't have to be listed in the book.

  According to the Blue Book of Gun Values by S. Fjestad, this model was last made in 1944. So, that would meet the 50 year rule.
  
  Previous versions of the C&R list can be found online on the ATF site.
  
  Although ATF agents are required to work mandatory overtime, office phones are only answered during regular business hours.
  
  A full auto can be a C&R; however, all NFA rules apply.

  Full auto can be C&R also but you still have to go through the paperwork and pay $200 for the stamp.
