Rings/bases suggestions for a Sako A7.
Just stole a nearly new Sako A7 270 WSM off of here for only $400. I also bought a new Burris Fullfield 3-9x40 for $125 to match with it. Now I just need some good inexpensive rings/bases to go with it.
I have the same exact set up in a .270 that my daughter uses with the only difference is hers has a muzzle break and mine will have a sims limbsaver recoil pad. That and hers has shot a bigger deer than anything I have ever owned [:D]
Love the rifle and really love the price thus far. I never thought I would use an inexpensive scope agaian but her fullfield has been great and the new one I have seems just too nice to pay the big price jump to get just a little more power.

I forgot it comes with factory installed weaver style bases so I only need Weaver style rings for it. I have had fairly good luck with Leupold rings before btu would still like to hear what would be the best for the least amount of money.

Burris signature rings are about all I use now. No lapping rings that are not perfectly aligned and no ring marks/damage to scopes.
