Is 'Alabama Arms Company' in your list of shotgun brand names and identified to a retailer?

No, sorry but I have no listing for a retailer. All I have and Joseph Vorisek's book says the same thing is Name used on single barrel guns made by Harrington & Richardson.

Thanks Ned. Yes, marked on an apparent H&R Model 1900 single with patent date May 14, 1901.

Joe must have published a later list before he passed as not listed at all in my copyright 1987/90 copy.

Yep. Joe's book that I referred to is "Shotgun Markings 1865 To 1940, A List" (revised 1-97) which for those not familiar with it is a listing of markings and names used on shotguns made between those dates.
