FFL C&R ?s
I have my C&R license for a couple of years now. I was reviewing some of the firearms on the list now, Have a questions. I.E.
AR-180s with select fire triggers are on the list. Thus I can recieve it under my C&R license. But burst fire is an NFA device requiring a tax stamp. So would i be required to get a tax stamp for it or is it covered under the C&R license. Same with C&R SRBs. I have read my literature and cant seem to find an answer.
Or does it mean that I dont have to go through a class III dealer but still have to have a tax stamp.

You have to have the stamp, but the item can be sent directly to you instead of having to go thru a SOT 0 -
figured, lol. 0 -
You ahve to do everything that would normally be involved in having a National Firearms weapon transferred to you, with the exception of being able to having it shipped directly to you. 0
