Scope ID help please

This scope is mounted on a .22 rifle, I believe the ID marks to be hidden under rear ring. Looks to be a nice old Weaver of some sort, has post and single horizontal hair. Excellent condition

Can someone ID this scope for me, and ball-park the value?

  It looks very much like a Weaver J4. $75 or so depending on condition. They were made 1947-1967.
