What does your ffl transfer dealer tell you???

My guess is that it was left at the door, no signature required, if thats the case, the seller is responsible.
Did you physically go to the FFL dealer and talk to him in person or are you doing everything via e-mail??? I would have talked directly to the dealer, showing him the paperwork stating that the item was delivered, and if he did not produce the firearm, then go to plan B which is to get the police and ATF involved.

Before this gets eliminated (forum rules and all):

Is the FFL listed on the GB 'Find an FFL'?

(Go to Home Page, New Sellers and then 'Find an FFL' at the top right.

Put in your zip-code and it will display a listing.

If your FFL is listed, I would recommend going to customer support and state your problem there. If he is not listed, there is probably nothing that GB can do, and it is up to the seller, you, the FFL and perhaps Johnny Law.

Your post has me really confused? After you got the PO documents from the seller and you e-mailed your FFL dealer about them. Why contact us, go to the dealer personally and show them to him. If you don't get any satisfaction go to the local police and file a stolen firearms report. Also contact the local BATF office about this. with all your documentation.

The Gunbroker site has nothing to do with this. Hopefully the if the local cops and the BATF get involved this might cause the gun to turn up.

Years ago something similar happened to me. After I informed the dealer that I was going to contact the feds. The pistol mysteriously appeared.

    indomitable spirit,

This has nothing to do with the Gunbroker forums or Gunbroker, Inc.

You need to contact local law enforcement and then ATF if the locals can't do anything.

    Best.
