bayonet markings question

got a what i beleive is ww2 era bayo. makings on blade read CSV with a E directly under the S. and what looks to be a very small v over th C. blade is 11 1/2 inches and its 16 3/4 overall. has a 8941 serial #. any help would be appreciated.

  Most likely Czech made for a Model 98 (Vz24).
