Sig Blue Label

Hi All, New to forum. I have a question concerning the label on Sig pistols being sold on GunBroker. What do the different color label or bands on the grip indicate? Does Blue still mean previously owned or factory refurbished? Thanks for your help.

  Blue band around the grip indicates a new gun.
  
  Certified Pre-Owned pistols have a red band.

  TXS, Thanks for helping me make a proper decision. Some years back I bought a P229 that was a blue label program gun, which at that time indicated a refurbished gun and I saved a few hundred dollars. I still have it and it is my favorite with over 5000 rounds in my hands. Do you know if a simular program exists now? Thanks again.
