Model 62 Nickel??

Was hoping someone on here could help me figure out this gun. Was pretty much given it, and don't know anything about it. It is a model 62 long and or short, serial number 193971. What year was it made? was it a decent gun? What might it be worth give or take? Is it nickel? Thanks in advance.How can I put a picture on here??
