If they are as hard to get parts for, as the SX 801 I have recently inquired about, I would pass on it. I am not sure about the performance, or the availability of ammunition either. It is all made in Italy, and to get here, has to be imported by someone. Someone is not going to go to all that trouble, unless they are going to be popular, and can make a bundle of $$ doing so. Just my spin on the deal...the ammo is a 9mm RIMFIRE round.

    Best

    EDIT 1

Once again...you found two for sale. Most likely they are very few and far between in this country. While you were looking for the shotguns, did you take a peek, and see how much 9mm rimfire shotgun ammo was available? Would be a horrific thing to have a gun and no ammo available. I am pretty sure the big 4 do not make it here in the USA.

If you want something similar, get a H&R Handi rifle in 357, and shoot shot capsuls in it.

I have one and it's alot of fun for backyard pests. A little more "oomph" than the old 22 shotshell! Fiocchi make the ammo, however it's not cheap. Being a rim fire, it's a very dirty gun to shoot. It will jam after 6-8 shots or so. It must be kept real clean!
They generally run in the $500-600+- range.
    Good luck!
