ID for surplus 9MM

Just ran across a large lot imported by Interarms, probably in the 70's or 80's.
Headstamp has "11" at 12 o'clock, a 5 point star at 3 and 9, and "52" at 6. No quotes on headstamp
Copper bullet, non-magnetic, brass case, bullet and primer sealant
I'm going to treat it as corrosive, but I just wondered where it came from.

  If this is the same stuff that comes in the Interarms marked blue boxes, I would stay away from it. Years ago I bought a bunch of the boxes for cheap plinking ammo. The primers are so hard and insensitive that trying to shoot it in a handgun is a exercise in frustration. Probably meant to be fired in open bolt submachine guns.
