??? re: the auction site e-mail system
.
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I can't seem to locate a better spot. I'm trying to figure out what is sometimes going on with a number of gun auctions that I'm interested in bidding on.
It is at times impossible to receive answers to GunBroker e-mails sent to sellers of guns I'd like to bid on. At the present time this is going on with 2 different sellers. I've sent multiple e-mails to these people with no response. This has happened before and eventually the auction ends and I don't bid. Rather frustrating because I'm not sure if the e-mails are getting through or what is going on. Has anyone else experienced this ?

A few times, both a gun and parts I was looking at and items i sold.
You have to think some of that is the people.
The gun seamed to disappear, or I thought it had more time?
Edit 1 Yea I saw a problem with the gun just from the pic0 -
Hello In my opinion some sellers are very good at replying in a timely manner, to emails about what they are trying to sell. Others seem to not want to be bothered[V]. Remember some of these items with Reserves way above there real value have been running for Month & months if not years hoping to catch someone . Again if a seller will not reply to a question think how hard it might be to deal with him if you are the high bidder and something is Wrong with the Item. My rule of thumb is if a seller will not answer his email I DON'T BID. 0 -
As has been posted many many times in the past, this is not the venue for discussing Auction side issues. 0
