What is this older model precursor to the 92 worth, it is used, in very good condition. Made in Italy, not Egypt.[?]

They are a solid workmanlike pistol. The mag release is a little strange for those used to the Luger/Colt push button behind the trigger. Check the auction history for recent sales prices and compare the photos to yours for condition. 29th Blue Book shows $285 in 100% condition down to $150 in 80%.

OK, thank you all for the info. That is about what I thought it would range, but had not encountered this early version Beretta.
