Glock Magazine help, please

I've got a Glock magazine here and need help identifying it. It looks like it's for a 40 cal. and is a 10 round magazine. What is the significance of the +2 on the bottom? Thanks.....[:I]

  Yes, its for a .40 cal, its stamped on the back of the mag. The +2 base pad allow for 2 more rounds beyond whats indicated on the back of the mag body. +2 base pads are also made for other calibers.

  looks like a reduced capacity(well, before the +2) model 23 mag, but with nothing to compare it too looks can be deceiving.
