Decent Gunsmith for restoration in Sacramento?

Gents:

Hoping someone out there knows of a quality, truly capable gunsmith in the Sacramento CA area? Someone who can do restorations on old Smiths and Colts, etc...? I've been looking but can't find anyone that I would trust - all the "big" guys are just "repair" shops, not true artists (or even what I would call a "real" gunsmith - I myself can swap out parts!). IF there is anyone, it will be a lone artisan that takes on projects one at a time - is he (or she) out there?
