Is there a practical varminting range beyond which parallax and focus of an Ultra Varmint Plain head scope can't be adjusted ?

  I doubt it.
  Most optical gear will focus to infinity.
  Unertl's have certainly been used for Long Range shooting to 1000 yards.

  Thanks, a buyer claims it wont focus at 300 yards.
  It's tough to dispute being he's 3,000 miles away.
  I suspect he doesn't know how to unlock and adjust a plain head, swapped parts or has buyer's remorse.
  I've owned the scope for years but never used it.
