I have a CZ 452 in 22 WMR. Costs a bit more than the others mentioned but I like it alot. Accurate and well made, CZ also makes a 455 with interchangable barrels.

Just got back from Mommy's Day shooting at the range with the wifey and the Marlin 925RM. Third time I've shot it (400+ rounds down the pipe now)and I really like it. My Barska scope really sucks (elevation won't elevate for some damn reason)but with the Marlin factory adjustable rear sight I can hit golf balls fairly easily at 50 yds, free-handing. Feels good in my hands (even though I shoot lefty), bolt & action starting to loosen up a bit, gets some pop with the Maxis and all in all just a decent firearm for the price. Think I paid $201.00 for it with tax. Came with a Cali certified lock, a 4 and a 7 round mag. Then I bought three extra 7 round magazines---always gotta have extra magazines.........[8D]

I have a Marlin 917S .17HMR. You need a tractor to pull the trigger, but it shoots good.

I've had a Ruger 77/22mag since they first came out. Great straight shooting rifle. Our club has a bi-annual rimfire shoot, 50yds 4 rifle events. I have either won or placed 2nd in the bench scoped rifle event since we started it. Good glass and that rifle are the answer, I shoot with Savages, Marlins and an Anschutz. It is the rifle, more than the shooter. I would look at the Ruger.

There's a very cheap and easy trigger spring fix you can do for that with a certain Papermate pen----in fact I just did mine last week (but forget about 'til my first shot today. Whoopsies [:I]). If you go to Rimfire Central you'll find the procedure. It's a piece of cake......

If it has to be one of those three you mentioned, then I say Marlin. However my real suggestion is the CZ 453, or 455. I have a 453 in 17HMR, and it is one of the best out of the box guns(next to a Cooper), I have seen.

IF I ever get another .22 WMR, the CZ is on the top of my list. They're just simply......gorgeous.....[8D]
