Is It OK To Discuss Auction Problems Here?

I've had nearly 80 successful Gunbroker transactions and never had a problem with a seller until today. I'm not sure how to proceed. Can I lay out my problem/question here, without divulging who the seller is, and get a little advice from you guys, or is that improper?

  The best advice we can give you in this forum is to contact customer Service and lay out the problem to the folks who can actually take action for you. No one here in this forum can do anything at all related to the auctions.
