value and info about a gun

Friend has a gun made in the ussr double barrel hammer 16 gauge-6m. barrel length is 28.25. numbers inside are SER.RA11404 and 011404. I need any info. and I would like to know a value.

  If it is one of the modern Baikal imports not worth a heck of a lot in 16 gauge. They were descent quality shotguns that were imported by EAA in the 90's. The short barreled coach gun variation were more commonly found and used for home defense and by the SASS guys in their matches. These were in 12 and 20 gauge though. Most 16 gauge shotguns aren't very popular here in the States, and are hard to sell.

  After researching it further, I think it is a TOZ-63. Do you know value of that? It is in great shape.
