Hawke bullets?
Anybody have any experience with this brand of bullets or any information on them worth sharing? They advertise themselves as being pretty darned good bullets, but I've never heard of them. Just wondering? Thanks
Actually I was referring to their jacketed rifle bullets.

I assume you are referring to their cast bullets? I found them to be perfect for low velocity drilling metric calibers. They were soft enough to provide mushrooming at moderate velocities. Accuracy was great and leading low. 0 -
I don't know about Hawke but if it was Hawk, there was a fellow in Glenrock, Wyoming that made excellent bonded bullets many years ago. 0 -
I have used the Hawke brand for my 505 Kemp custom rifle - "experimental rifle with an experimental cartridge". Now where did I hear that before?
I got 2 styles (thinner and thicker) of copper jacket from him and 2 weights - 400 and 500 grain. Both shot great although there are no elefants in PA to try them on.
Hawke (Salem NJ) was extremely helpfull and his products are top notch. I will continue to do biz with him.
