Walther PPK .22LR
I have a Walther PPK .22LR I need to place a value on. It is in what I would call excellent condition, but missing the magazine. Not being very knowledge on these I beleive it is "Crown N" marked, and has a serial number of 108xxxLR.
Approximate age & value?

It was made in the 1960's; the exact year should be stamped on the barrel (2 digit number).
It should sell in the $900-1,000 range.

It may be just the light but the slide looks a different hue from the frame - has the slide been reblued and is it original to the gun? 0 -
I think it is my poor photography. It shows no differenace in coloration or re-working. 0 -
You can use a PP 22lr magazine, but it will protrude out of the grip. You might try Triple K for a magazine, if not, Earl's at http://www.carlwalther.com should be able to fix you up. 0
