Stevens with shoulder stock

I have seen several Stevens single shot pistols with 10 and 14" rifled and shotgun barrels sold recently with a shoulder stock. Have Stevens single shot pistols been excluded from the short barrelled rifle/shotgun statutes of the NFA?

  Several Stevens variations have been removed from the National Firearms Act. Keep in mind that this does not automatically exempt these guns from any state laws which might apply.

  See page 39 for the Stevens that have been removed from the NFA as a Curio/ relic. They are still a firearm, but not a NFA firearm.
