Likely the Blue Book of Gun Values by S. Fjestadt. ALL of these refferences should be taken as a starting point for concrete identification and idicator of originality. Identify the weapon by the BB and other refference sources, but then go to GB under a smart search and see what the gun in question has actually SOLD for in recent times. 0 -

I'll second what 1KYDSTR has said! That's the way I've been doing it also.
Identify the piece, establish condition, check the BB and also compare against essentially the same firearm that have recently sold on GB when possible.
If requesting of the members here on GB, you will want to do the above and also post detailed, good quality photos with your request. There is a "sticky" above that will walk you thru the correct way to post photos. (It has to be through an outside site.)
There are many dedicated, knowledgeable and helpful folk on GB that will do their best to provide you with a darned good estimate or value range for firearms discussed. They may provide other information and advice that can help you, whether selling, insuring, conserving or using nearly any firearm you have or may acquire.
