Value of case of M1 .30 cal ammo from WWII

    If its actual USGI ammo, probably .50 a round or $800 for the case. Some folks will pay a lot for "sealed cases" or spam cans. Here's an example, $1.30 per round for Greek 30-06.

    Those days are long gone, Mike.

    Currently the Greek in enblocs is $ .50/RD, and boxed is $ .49/RD. Last time I bought, they were enforcing a 1,000 round per year limit as well.

    Regarding the OP:

    I would think you would get much better than .50 per round on the auction side, particularly, as noted previously if it is a sealed container. I would bid more than that, anyway.
