cast bullets-new sorce for tin

for all those that cast their own bullets, I (believe) I've come across a new sorce for tin........the metal 'liner' from cases of com. block ammo crates, the several I've tested so far have been made of solid tin.

  The metal liner? Do you mean the spam can itself, or the metal liner inside the wooden crates?

  "the metal liner inside the wooden crates?"....the metal liner inside the wood crates, the ones with a 'pull ring'. the 'spam' cans are steel.

  The one I had was from some yugo 7.62x39 ammo, I checked several from some 8x57 and they were steel.
