Removing a bid

I have a bid on my auction# 225554508 AR-15 receiver, but the bidder wants the receiver shipped to Ca.where it is banned. Can I remove his bid from the ad?

    A couple of things wrong here: First off you do not have an AR-15 receiver, Ar-15s are produced by Colt Firearms and they are on the banned list in CA. What you have listed is something made by a company called Superior Arms and those are what are known as "off list" receivers in CA and perfectly legal to own. You did not state in your listing that you would not accept bids from CA and since the item is legal in his state the buyer had no reason not to bid on your item.

    No, you cannot remove his bid at your pleasure.
