I have a few boxes of 44 mag ammo manufactured by S&W. Is it collectable? What's it worth?

  some collectors, but a very small premium, if any

  I have a case of the S&W 357 I purchased in 1977/78. I stopped shooting it because for some reason, it kept locking the cylinder on my Python. Never did have a problem with my S&W 27 and 28.
