Purchased a broken marlin camp 9
So I looked over the gun and the problem is in the trigger group. When you pull the trigger a part rises up and releases the cocked hammer from below. There is play in this part. It was failing to fire because it was not making contact. I think its part # 63 on the far left that fits inside the trigger. Can this be replaced? Is there a bushing missing? A way to adjust. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, That is the disconnector. Most likely, one of the previous owner's bubba'ed it, trying to get either a better trigger pull, or to get it to go full auto. You might want to get a sear, and/or trigger too. The link below will take you to a new disconnector at numerich Gun Parts. You most likely can get the other stuff there too.

Generally the part that releases the hammer when pulling the trigger is know as a sear. It's not uncommon for them to wear, specially if the firearm has seen extensive use. A used Camp 9 would likely have been subjected to a great deal of "Bump Firing" by the idiots who do this sort of thing, as S & W Hi-Cap mags function in them.
Marlin quit making the .45 & 9mm Camp Guns in the late 90's. I don't know if any new sears are still available? If not your going to have to hit the parts houses to try and score a used one.0 -
