Safe to shoot?
While reloading some 38spc,( 2.8 gr of Bullseye, CCI primer, Hornady 148 gr HBWC ), I happened to load a piece of .357 brass.
Is that one round safe to shoot or will the pressure be too high because of the extra space?

It might not be UNSAFE but the pressure will be LOWER because of the extra space and it could be a squib load. 0 -
Tilt the gun back before shooting so the powder is against the primer [;)] You don't want the air space back there. 0 -
Thanks It went boom[:)] 0 -
Not much air space in a .357 case with a HBSWC.
If it were mine, I'd shoot it without reservation.
Wouldn't recommend that someone else do anything other than what the manuals recommend.0
