C&R Lic part 2
I live out in the country. If I know a gun is due to arive on a given day and I see the UPS driver in town, can he give it to me there? Technicaly he has no idea what is in the box.
Slumload44, by the letter of the law no but realistically if he knows you he probably would and just keep hush about it.

You stop the truck, show the driver some identification with your name and address on it and I don't see why not. 0 -
I do it all the time. Driver knows me well and knows what is in the long package. Law says it can only be SHIPPED to the address on the liscense. As long as they get it to me in one piece and do not leave it at my back door in the rain, I am happy. 0 -

There is no law requiring shipment to an address on the FFL, although very few suppliers will ship to any other address.0 -
FFl yes. It is my understanding that with a C&R it must be shipped to the address on the liscense. 0
