Yugo m-57 TT-33 clone

Just recieved a m-57 from SOG and i'am stumped on this slide,i dont know if iam doing something wrong or there is somthing wrong with this gun? With the mag empty and in, it will not slide back, with the mag out, still will not slide back, only when i cock the hammer back will the slide come back, I have other military autos cz 52 walther pp cz 82 and all pull back in any position help

  To get them into the country a aftermarket manual safety was added to the left side of the frame. Many folks have reported problems caused by this safety.
  
  I would clean and disassemble the pistol to see if this safety is causing your problems, i.e. the safety might be affecting the function of the hammer.
