What would be a good price on an older 20ga Wingmaster 28" full choke/vent rib, like new with box and hang tag?

    full choke is a big negative, no more than 350, probably less

    Golferboy, a full choke is preferred by a majority of bird hunters FYI! The wingmaster model was and is the finest pump action 870 made to date. All wingmasters and its parts were hand fitted and tuned from its manufacturer. The automation age began and the wingmaster name was dropped. You can usually find them for under $300.00.     In West Virginia where i live,a full choke is a premium.They will buy a full choke,before they will buy a modified or improved cylinder.We have to shoot straight up to kill a squirrel,one of these boys would love to have that gun.Does this gun have a ventilated rib. Bill

    I would not sell mine for any where near $350, and I don't have a box or hang tag for it either.

    I recently purchased the same gun w/o box and it had a mod. choke. Thought that I did good at $350.

    I have a 20ga. wingmaster with a modified vent rib bbl and wish it were full! Wife bought it for me as a christmas present fourteen years ago in midland Texas for $385. It's in prestene condition!

    Around here with the vent rib they go for around 400.00

    It all depends on what type of birds you are hunting. For pheasants, and such a full choke maybe. For Grouse, Woodcock, and quail, I would prefer a IC or Mod. choke. I surely know you are not going to use the full choke for ducks or geese. The size of the non-toxic shot you would have to use, will split that barrel.

    A LNIB 870 Wingmaster(older one with fixed choke like this one, should go for $300.00-350.00.

    You guys need to do some patterning w/F-CK unless your duck hunters. I always thought W.VA guys were sharpshooters (esp. on squirrels) Use your durn .22 BTW I have an 870LW20 with IC and here in the mid-west they go for a PREMIUM
