Antique Winchester loading tools
An antique 1880's Winchester 38-40 loading tool and mold, listed on ebay are claimed to be in new condition.
Like the Lyman 310 tong tool, which is still being made, could they also have been made more recently and not be antique?

They could have been made more recently, but if they are indeed Winchester's, then no. But look out for all the knock off's out there today.
Got any pictures or auction link?

Winchester stopped making their loading tools in the early 1900's. I'm not aware of any reproductions of these tools. Originals were marked with the Winchester address, caliber, etc. and were nicely blued (except the very earliest ones which were painted gold).
Chances of them being reproductions of 19th century Winchester tools is close to zero. Pictures will tell for sure.
