What is a non numbers matching Brevent Nagant revolver worth?

"Brevet Nagant", is French for Nagant's patent. With out quality photos it's very difficult to identify which specific revolver your inquiring about, and what it's value might be.

I don't have any pictures of the gun but do know it has a 7 round cylnder and was told it is a .32 with a serial # of 817. I was also told it is a 1887 model.

If it's a Model 1887 it sounds like one of the 7.5mm Swedes that were imported as surplus years ago. The first ones were made in Belgium by Nagant, before Husqvarna started making them for the Swede army. They have six shot cylinders though, not 7 shot. Here is a photo of one of the Swedes, compare it to yours.
