    Good Morning rong,

Is this your first AR-15? Just curious. The recoil buffer spring is located in the stock, inside the buffer tube. So yes, it is quite common, to feel a vibration, and/or hear a twanging.

If you rub grease on the spring, it will reduce the vibration.

Yes, this is my first Ar but I
shot my buddies colt and never heard
    or felt anything.
What viscosity grease should I use?
)I bought one of those AR Scopes with the laser
and lit blue graduated cross hairs.
Nice if you look at the cross hairs. Very
soothing cool blue, laser is nice too
but your target is so obstructed with all
that crap. It should go on a kids bb gun.
I know better too, but I guess my childness
takes over my better judgement when I jump
    into something different
    Thanks so much
    ron
