I have a Weatherby Vanguard 300 Weatherby mag that needs a new stock. Are there any stocks that will interchange with this weapon ( besides the Howa 1500 / mossberg 1500/ and S/W 1500s ???? A friend said he thought that a Sako stock would, but not sure and don't want to experiment and loose money and time.

    Not That I am awarwe of, but Boyds builds after market stocks for Howa/Vanguard if that is any help.

    The Bell&Carlson carbelite stock is a good one. It's beefy, solid but somewhat heavier than other synthetic stocks but I have one on my Howa 300 WM and it works well. I don't know of any other rifle stock that will drop in swap.
