Help identifying gun please.

This is a duplicate of a posting I made in GD.


Here is the description of one of the guns in an estate auction I'm going to tomorrow;

Fiola Arms - Model 1920 Take down w/combo barrel w/ 3 barrels: Rifle barrel, pistol barrel, Short barrel - Repeater w/clip - Removeable stock.

I don't recognize it and can't find anything on the auction side or google. Do you know what this might be?
