kimber gov. model 82

Anyone familar with how Kimber of Oregon test fired the model 82 for the US gov? There is a sticker on the forend with a number such as 9.12 or 10.13 etc.Hole size? Number of shots? distance ? Is it metric? Any info will be appreciated. thanks
