St. Quintin shotgun

I have an old 12 gauge double barrel shotgun with rabbit ear hammers that belonged to my grandfather. The only marking is St. Quintin. Can anyone shed any light on this guns history.

  Are you sure it's not St. Quentin? If so, a city in northern France. Remove the barrels and look for ELG or other proofmarks.

  It is St. Quentin. I didn't have my glasses on. I will look for other marks.
