Ishapore 2A-1
Can anyone tell me what an Ishapore 2A-1, made in 1967 is worth?

The average rather rough versions are about $100.00 or so, I've seen ones in excellent shape at about $300.00 - which was probably a bit high but as with everything people are starting to like them and that bumps the value. I'd say adjust for condition between the two. There are probably a few on the auction side that will give you an idea. 0 -
Like everything else, its going to depend on condition.
Some of these Indian .308 Enfields are pretty rough, with external and/or internal wear.
I'd say roughly $200-300 depending on condition.
I believe these are C&R FFL eligible guns, so that might help expand the market a bit if you're looking to sell one.0 -
I have 3 Ishapore 2A1's. All have been cut down to 18 & 19" bbls by dealers before I got them. Excellent values. Best to use Nato spec'd ammo. A modified rifle version (I have one made as a Tanker and another as a Jungle Carbine and the 3rd is in synthetic stock with a forward mounted scout scope) as I have w/b $300 to $400. Hope that helps. 0
