browning slug barrel

so i just picked up a mutt browning a5 magnum twenty with a slug barrel but im having some issues. when i bought it the rear sight was loose. i figured no big deal, ill just go home and tighten up the elevation screws. well i did that and as soon as i looked down the sights, the rear sight was crooked(left side sunk lower than the right side). as soon as i loosened up the elevation screws it went back to normal. any idea how to fix this? thanks

  what might i expect to pay for a auto-5 16 ga. browning made in japan slug barrel used no rust not reblued thanks
