ruger 22 short conversion

I'm going to put this up on the auction side. I need to know, Is this all the parts?
It appears to be unfired. Will it work in a MkII and MKIII? What is a ballpark guess at value?
I don't own a ruger to try it in. It was acquired years ago in a parts Lot trade. I can't find one in the old auctions and have found very little info. Are the still sought after at all?

    I haven't listed it yet. It will be my first listing(I probably owe beer for that) and I want to do it right. So I just wanted to be sure I was getting all info I could possibly gather in anticipation of answering any questions. Any tips on listing an auction are also appreciated.

    Usually i like to list things on Wed or Thursday evenings, but others have better luck at other times. Also, run it for two weeks. I have no idea what it would bring however it does look like it would be fun to play with. Wonder if it would cycle CB caps.......i've got a 10" tactial solutions setup with a Mk 3 22/45 that would be pretty fun to play with.

    My guess, and Volq. can confirm this for you, is that it will work with ANY of the Ruger pistols. Appears to be complete.
