9mm largo ammo?

dose anyone make any 9mm largo ammo anymore or something you could shoot in a 9mm largo gun and not blow your self up?

    The original .38 Colt auto cartridge, NOT .38 SUPER, is very similar to the Largo cartridge except it's semi-rimed. The rim measures approximately .405 diameter, but many of the older Spanish pistols will function with the .38 Colt auto cartridge.

    who has CCI stuff for sale these days? i havent found any for sale? http://www.the-armory.com/shopsite_sc/store/html/product258.html is that stuff indeed non-corrosive?

    i have no idea lol, i dont know much about milsurp ammo,

    i am also looking for some boxer primed stuff but i might just have to wait and just get brass.

    dose anyone have a link to where CCI blazer is being made in 9mm largo?

    CCI (-Blazer) *used* to make the 9mm largo ammo, but they don't list it on their website, and I doubt its in current production. *IF* they make it anymore, its probably only in occasional runs.

    Note that if you reload, you can work up some loads for it using 9x23 Winchester brass, which is dimensionally virtually identical to 9mm largo. The 9x23 brass is particularly tough and should last through many reload cycles.

    But whatever you do, **DO NOT** try to fire any factory 9x23 Winchester rounds through the gun, because those rounds are loaded to hyper-magnum pressures and are quite likely to blow up one of the 9mm largo guns with one shot!

    Edit: The Spanish Ammo from 1977 is pretty clearly labelled "non-corrosive" and I think its fair to assume that it is, indeed non-corrosive. But even if it were corrosive, that's not really a big deal, so long as you're willing to clean your gun thoroughly after shooting it.

    for whats it worth i might buy 100 rds of 9x23 win mag, and pop the bullets and put a new 9x23 largo powder charge in it.

    my curent plan is to order up 150 rds of the cheep 60s production for shooting and out in the woods. ie so if i lose the brass im not freeking out

    buy 500 rds of 1977 production for shooting targets.

    get a few hounred rounds of re loadable brass
